- added a morph nest somewhere in act 5. This nest spawns (in order):
andariel, duriel, izual, diablo and baal. They give 1/4 experience as the
real act bosses and drop as super uniques.

- spirit wolf, fenris and bear get items on lvl10:
spirit wolf: rare legend sword
fenris: rare balrog sword
bear: rare war pike

- Juggler Guild gives bonus to this skills:
per level means animal whispering level.
raven: + 25 % damage per level
plauge poppy: + 20% poison damage per level
spirit wolf: + 25% damage per level

The system is 'similar' to the original,
but doesn't chop the experience off completely at ±10 but later.
It features a smoother downscale but it stops at the original max D2 penalties.
lvl differents between player and monster (% experience):
[+-5 = 100%] to [+-30 = 20% (strong enemy) 50% (weak enemy)]
