1). Please ensure that your graphics, network, sound and motherboard drivers are up to date. You can get more details on this here:
http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/driverupdates
Schau, ob alle Treiber aktuell sind.
2). Ensure that no other applications are interfering with the game by running Windows in a Selective Startup:
http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/shutting-down-background-applications
Hintergrundprogramme schliessen. Zum Beispiel Videoplayer, MP3 Player und sowas alles.
3). Run a Scandisk and Defrag on the hard drive where the game is installed (unless this is an SSD drive):
https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/running-scandisk-defrag
Festplatte mit Scandisk auf Fehler prüfen und ggf. Defragmentieren. (Achtung!!! Niemals eine SSD defragmentieren!!!)
4).Remove the Battle.net Agent folder and allow the game to rebuild it, this can be found here:
Den Ordner Battle.net Agent entfernen. Zu finden unter:
[WINDOWS XP]
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Battle.net
[WINDOWS VISTA/7]
C:\ProgramData\Battle.net
Once here, right click on the Agent folder and select Rename. You can then rename the folder to Agent.Temp to ensure that it is not recognised by the game the next time it launches.
5). Go to your Diablo III folder, then delete the Diablo III.mfil and Diablo III.tfil files, and run the Diablo III Launcher, then test the game.
Geh in deinen Diablo 3 Ordner und lösche folgende Dateien: Diablo III.mfil und Diablo III.tfil
Dann starte Diablo 3 und schau, wie es läuft.
6). Again in your Diablo III folder, go into the Data_D3 directory, then PC, then MPQs and delete the Cache folder. Try the game after this.
Gehe wieder in deinen Installationsordner von Diablo 3, dann öffne den Ordner Date_D3, dann PC, dann MPQs und lösche hier den Ordner Cache folder. Nun starte das Game.
7). If your system has been overclocked in any way, please restore it to defaults settings.
Sollte dein System übertaktet sein, mache dies bitte wieder rückgängig
